Sasha Zabelovsky is a seasoned operations executive and consultant with over a decade of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment systems. His career has spanned admissions, program leadership, and executive operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how treatment organizations function from intake through discharge and beyond.
Sasha specializes in operational strategy, process optimization, and scalable systems design. He works closely with organizations to identify inefficiencies, strengthen internal workflows, and implement structures that support both clinical excellence and business sustainability. His approach is grounded, direct, and solutions-oriented—focused on helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.

Sara Glazer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and systems-focused consultant with a strong foundation in program design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and behavioral health operations. She brings a clinician’s insight to consulting work, paired with a strategic understanding of how programs function at scale.
Drawing from experience across residential, outpatient, integrated care, and nonprofit environments, Sara supports organizations in aligning clinical vision with operational reality.
